Welcome to Novelty and Creativity. In fitness training with me, you will:
Learn to use the equipment around you using proper technique, but will immediately start adding novel, experimental, creative language to help shape the physical response. A cable press might have you imagining you are trying to punch something or touch it gently, both producing different physical results. Using dumbbells as an android or Pinocchio will have different expressive results for your muscles.
Use imagery from story and language to stay with the movement/equipment longer. Workouts that are repetitive don’t challenge your muscles the way consistent novelty can.
Learn to experiment in and around your equipment and space. Over time, I hope that you can play along the edges of your bodies’ capability using any equipment and any space. Using rhythm, momentum, and pacing you will discover greater control over body development.
Use your body as a playground for expression and novelty. Using your sports/movement specific needs, we can develop an in-between-the-lines practice that is entertaining, therapeutic, and never boring.
Achieve good results using a fun and potentially profound approach. Produce a session that is physically demanding, emotionally satisfying, medicinal, entertaining, and if you so choose, spiritually explorative.

This package is for those who are either post-rehab, or post-acute phase of an injury.
